Alaska
trip-cruise: - in 2003 when we were visiting Ms.
May's
parents in Vancouver, BC, Canada, we found a great rate on this 1 week
cruise to Alaska. Because neither of us had ever been on a
cruise
or to Alaska - we took off and did this - it was really much more
wonderful than we had anticipated.
Big Ride:
- this is an Australian Institution - 600 kilometers on our bicycles in
9 days (with one day off to sight-see in Australia's Capital of
Canberra.
Bill's Beach
Benches: - after several hurricanes, where we
collected a lot
of "Recycled Dock Lumber", Mr. Bill made-up a bunch of benches for use
around the house and yard, and such... Several of these have
now
been given away - but at this writing (June, 2007) there may be some
more hurricanes, so I'm certain to have a chance to expand-on this
page...
