and everything I need to model (in 3D)... - anyway - his name is '
Theo Jansen '. Try

into either YouTube or into Google or Ask or anything else - his work
is remarkable and so is his 'thought process' - it might be something
we can duplicate!?

28th June, 2007: a brief 'Movie Review':
"The Assignment" - 1997 - Donald
Sutherland (as a CIA guy), Ben Kingsley (as an Iraseli agent) and Aidan
Quinn as the un-suspecting US-Naval Officer who is lured into creating
a 'trap' for the 'elusive & lethal' Carlos the Jackal - who is the
same elusive and lethal subject of the "Bourne" movies /
books. This is a bit bloody and a bit language-ridden, but
still worth seeing - brings a whole 'nother perspective to the 'hunt'
for the Jackal - with the same premise that the Bourne items do - that
is create someone who looks and acts like the Jackal - and he will come
out of the woodwork and someone can nail him? - Interesting Premise -
differently done than the Bourne books / movies...

not much to report here... Miscellaneous things are limited
to house-cleaning (before Ms. May arrived home), some severe
cat-petting, and some sewing for various and sundry activities
(boardsailing and hang-gliding). There should be more to report
in the Miscellaneous section, but - alas - I've been able to
'categorize' things into other areas, so not much to put here.

AND NOW - Mr. Bill is back 'home' in
Stuart, Florida (as of about 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, morning, 10 May)
- the yard definitely needs me; but I went grocery
shopping this morning (since the only thing in the fridge was milk that
might have been Sour if the container hadn't been 'bloated' and some
(Chinese) soup of Ms. May's that looked like some biology experiment
(green and such:?!)
So - Mr. Bill has made his own visit to
Publix (the local grocery store) and his own
(non-green-biology-experiment)
breakfast.
Note, though that what is NOT noted in the picture is the FRESH MANGO!
- and the semi-fresh pineapple (which had been sitting in a box for an
unknown number of days - some of it was GOOD, some of it was NOT!
ANYWAY _ there was a meowling-cat here (

) or (
large ) and from some of Ms.
Aggie's cloth that I brought home I made a '
weatherproof'
bag (or
bigger-image)for
Ms. May's hang-glider - Still don't know where my new glider is -
Supposedly I'll get a call today and it'll be delivered to our Hang
Gliding place late this week or early next week...
Also found that there was a fuse blown (1.5 amp) in the
sprinkler-control system (this is the second time I've found a
blown-fuse - so - well - maybe lightning - maybe something else, who
knows? - so I fixed that - and re-programmed the sprinkler system (for
45 mins every other day), we'll see how that goes...

Herein Mr. Bill learns how to
'categorize' the pictures, text, and other such 'twiddly bits' that go
into a web-site (or don't - as the case may be?)
some other things that don't fit well - else-where - give me a break -
this is my first try and this - it'll get better (I promise) _ I mean -
hey - it can't get much worse, huh?
